Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from CBeautie within the United States

By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

We reserve the right, in accordance with applicable law, to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Consistent with health and hygiene standards, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance, promotional, or “Final Sale” items

3. Return Authorization Requirement

All returns require prior written authorization.
Returns sent without approval may be:

  • Refused, or
  • Returned to sender at the customer’s expense

4. Refunds

After inspection of the returned item:

  • Refund approval is at our reasonable discretion based on condition
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless required by law or due to our error

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Under Florida consumer protection principles, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence.

Failure to report within this timeframe may limit our ability to process your claim.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, subject to product availability.

7. Return Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Customers bear return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error
  • Title and risk of loss remain with the customer until the item is received by us
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit

8. Compliance with Florida Law

This Policy is intended to comply with applicable provisions of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under Florida law that cannot be waived.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree to contact us first to resolve disputes.
Improper chargebacks may be contested with evidence, including:

  • Proof of delivery
  • Agreement to this Policy
  • Product condition records

We reserve the right to restrict future purchases in cases of abuse.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law:

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including misuse of products

11. Governing Law & Venue

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
